This is working as follows: Your supplier is directly connected to the IT-System of IDS. There he will be informed by Routing Order about shipping instructions either through you or through us.

When charging IDS the consignment will be registered and the barcoding will be started by means of the order registration program IDS-Order.com – optionally through you or your supplier. Of course, it is also possible to place yourselves your order individually with ASCHERL.

Pick up and transport will be done federal-wide through the service of IDS PICK UP. When the order is placed before 11.00 o’clock we still collect the goods at the same day.

IDS PICK UP represents our qualified service for your pick ups and returns. Also in this case we are exclusively measuring our services in compliance with highest quality standards. The program IDS CADIS used federal-wide for the disposition of goods guarantees that all necessary details for a well regulated settlement are available without loss of time.
