By means of the Central Information System (Zentrales-Auskunfts-System/ZAS) registered customers can at any time reconstruct the delivery status of their shipments via Internet and Password and may print out a delivery receipt voucher with signature.
Thru the package related scannings in the handling terminals as well as on-site by the delivering truckers there are permanently generated status information representing a complete overview of the transportation route.
You are consequently able to render information around the clock to your customers as to the current location of the shipment, whether there are existing any difficulties with delivery or if it has already been supplied.
Together with the delivery there will be registered besides the exact time the name of the receiving person in plain writing. Furthermore the driver gets a receipt on the mobile scanner which is transmitted via GPRS into the information system and can be seen online or may be printed out already seconds after the effected delivery.
