TÜV-Certificate

The quality of our services has an essential importance and specifies our activities on all levels. For this reason ASCHERL has already introduced a Quality Management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in the year 1995 in collaboration with the TÜV CERT.

In addition to the own certifications of the network members the national transport network was subject to a combined certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 by 24plus logistics network in 2003.

The investigators of TÜV CERT are confirming to the entire 24plus network by this certificate the adherence to quality guidelines for the primary general cargo as well as and especially for the forwarding products NEXTDAY and SPEEDTIME 8, 10 und 12.

The 24plus quality guidelines are based upon a permanent examination of the performance parameters thru the quality management of the system control centre and the depots themselves.

The quality of the total system is maintained at highest level by means of an absolute transparency of processes, delivery quotes, the IT constitution and a multitude of further items.

In a recertification audit for several weeks the observance of the quality guidelines and standards of the logistic network was certified thru TÜV CERT in June 2006 DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and in July 2009 DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

Authorized Economic Operator Full - AEOF

With effect from 10th August 2010, the Munich headquarters of the company ASCHERL & CO. and the offices Hilden and Hamburg were awarded accreditation as an "Authorized Economic Operator Full" (AEOF) by the customs office in Munich.

The indefinite status AEOF is in all the EU - Member States valid and facilitates,among other things, the European customs classification process. In addition, with this status we will be classified as particularly reliable and trustworthy by the Federal. An advantage that will have an impact on quality for our customers in the international supply chain.
